Peace Labyrinth Opening Celebration and Dedication
Sunday, October 14, 2018 at noon
The Opening Celebration and Dedication of our new UU Peace Labyrinth is set for noon on Sunday, Oct. 14 after regular services at the church. Visitors are always welcomed both for the service at 10:00 and for this special event to follow a light lunch.
The Rev. Barbara Fast, Rabbi Jules King, Rev. Arlene Butler, Rev. Don Stouder and visiting officiants will join Music Director, Dorian McWain, the choir and jazz musicians for the main program inside the sanctuary.
Following this program, those who wish to mindfully walk to and on the Peace Labyrinth, will be welcomed there by the officiants and musicians, Jon & Sabine of Dryad Flutes who will be visiting from San Diego playing their one-of-a-kind, hand carved branch flutes.
Join Pacific Western Region UUA staff, our new Developmental Minister Rev. Barbara Fast and the Board to learn more about where the church is headed, where Rev. Fast will focus her efforts, and how you can get involved to help and support our church community.
More details will be coming as soon as they are available.
